With fellow bandmates Albert Hammond Jr, Nickolai Fraiture (Nickel Eye) and Fabrizio Moretti (Little Joy) busy working on other projects, The Strokes frontman and serial smoker Julian Casablancas is about to drop his own debut album. The album, entitled Phrazes for the Young, is expected to drop this September. In the mean time, get high and watch the promo video.
